FLUKE–M 5,500 gallon pack. Fluke M is a Flubendazole based medication to eradicate gill flukes and body flukes. This medication can be used at any temperature. 65g treats 5500 gallons as a one-off treatment. For use with all cold water ornamental fish. This medication has a three year shelf life and should be used within three months of opening. This product can also be used for the eradication of pond snails and intestinal helminths and worms. This is currently the only legally obtainable form of 5% Flubendazole, for use in Aquatic systems. This Veterinary Medicine is marketed in accordance with the Small Animal Exemption Scheme. Authorised by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD).
Since the manufacture of this product, we have discovered that using up to 3 doses, 7 days apart can result in the eradication of fish lice. This is not presently reflected in the wording on the label, but will be as and when our new batch is manufactured in January 2010.
